Because our teas are considered food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened packages. This helps us ensure the safety, purity, and quality of every product we share with our community.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are not fully satisfied for any reason, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Our team will gladly work with you to make it right—whether that means sending a replacement, issuing a store credit, or finding another solution that ensures you feel cared for.
