Use 1 full tablespoon and 3 cups of boiled water. Once the steeping time is reached, enjoy. If you like iced tea, you can steep overnight in the fridge instead of adding boiled water, just add 3 cups of cold water and 1 full tablespoon to your teapot or small pitcher, place in the fridge and steep overnight, and enjoy!
Steeping time: 4-5 minutes for hot tea (98 °C/208 °F)
If you use an infuser, it is best to remove the infuser after your tea is done steeping. Loose leaf tea leaves are pretty packed with antioxidants, so I recommend that you safe the steeped leaves for another steeping the next day. Store steeped leaves in the fridge (in the same tea pot you used initially, or in small container.
