DIRECTIONS: Add 1 tablespoon to 3 cups of boiled (preferably spring/filtered) water, steep for 5-7 minutes and enjoy! You can steep twice.
For a teapot, add 1 heaping tablespoon to a 750ml teapot, add boiling water, and steep for 6-8 minutes. If you are not steeping twice, place herbal mix in the refrigerator for at least one more use.
